TCC ONLINE MEMBER APPLICATION

1. You can now apply to join The CannaClub online.

All applicants must complete our secure Online Membership Application Form.

After submitting your application, our team will review your information and notify you once your membership is approved.

Online Membership Applications Are Manually Verified.

Please note: Online sign-ups are not automatic. Every application is manually reviewed to ensure compliance with our Constitution and Stokvel model.

2. ID Verification Is Required

All applicants must provide valid identification (ID or driver’s licence) and a selfie holding their identification document.

This is to verify:

• Your identity

• That you are 18 years or older

• Your understanding and acceptance of our Stokvel operation and its Constitution​

3. Review Our Club Documents

Before completing your application, you will be required to read:

• The Club Constitution

• Membership Agreement

Links to these documents are provided directly in the application form.

4. Application Review & Approval

Once your form is submitted:

• Your information is reviewed by our Team

• You may be contacted for additional information if required

• Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing the Members Area and/or visiting the Club House

No applicant is granted access to online Members Portal until their membership is approved.

5. Membership Agreement

Upon approval, you will digitally sign the Membership Agreement, confirming your understanding of:

• Our Constitution

• Member responsibilities

• The Stokvel structure

• Club rules

This ensures that all members are aligned with the Club’s values and legal framework.
